As Manager of our Guest Services Team, you set the experience for every individual that comes on the lot each day. This role is responsible for supporting Trilith Studios' mission of setting the stage for great storytellers to influence the world with excellence and care. You are responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences. The Guest Services Manager is an integral part of our access, site services and guest services functions. Your role is crucial in helping Trilith manage and maintain a positive brand reputation. You are responsible for the leadership and day-to-day performance of the Guest Services team members and will train and support this team for success.
