As LASER (LASER= Lot Access, Safety & Experience Relations) Team Manager, you are an essential leader in our client-facing representation. You are responsible for leading and developing the LASER Team. This team will be responsible for maintaining a caring, safe and low risk environment for Trilith Studios employees, clients, partners, and vendors that are located on Trilith Studios’ property. This role is responsible for supporting Trilith Studios' mission of setting the stage for great storytellers to influence the world with excellence and care. You are responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences. You facilitate full compliance of policies, internal studio standards and industry regulations. You are also responsible for maintaining professional standards and accepted business practices. Your role is crucial in helping Trilith manage risk and maintain a positive reputation. You are responsible for the leadership of all LASER Team supervisors and Team members' day-to-day performance of their jobs and will train and support this team for success. This role is essential in ensuring that our LASER Team members create the most caring environment for each other and guests while following and enforcing all Trilith Studios policies, rules and regulations such as lot access, parking permits, and parking violations that occur on studio property.
